Beta status
CSV Review is a free public beta. You can compare and export files without creating an account. A verified account can save comparison rules and reports. Paid subscriptions are unavailable. Pro is a proposed plan; its displayed price does not create a payment or subscription. Visit support if you need help with the service.
Supported inputs
UTF-8 CSV, TSV, semicolon- or pipe-delimited text, and XLS, XLSX and ODS workbooks are supported. Each file is limited to 20 MiB; XLSX and ODS archives may expand to 32 MiB and the selected worksheet is limited to 500,000 populated cells. All formats are limited to 50,000 data rows, 80 columns and 10,000 characters per cell. Whole-workbook comparison checks up to 100 worksheets and 500,000 populated cells per file; when both sides share an identifier column or a combination of two or three identifier columns that is populated and unique, it pairs rows using that key. Without a unique key, rows with unique identical values and formulas pair across row order; duplicate or edited rows use nearest source position, and large unmatched sections use source order. Ambiguous fallback matches can still show moved rows as changes. Review the suggested key to confirm stable identity. Complete report evidence is limited to 64 MiB. Oversized inputs are rejected without silently truncating them. XLSM, PDF, OCR, fuzzy matching and ERP integrations are outside this beta. Spreadsheet formula cells use saved results by default; formula-text comparison is available when both inputs are workbooks. Formulas are never recalculated, and cells without saved results require formula-text mode.
Human review
Comparison results depend on your keys, mappings and equality rules. A removed key does not prove product discontinuation. CSV reports are intended for review, not direct import into another system. Review results and keep independent copies of source files before making operational decisions.
Availability and data
Beta data can be temporary. Download needed evidence and do not use the beta as your only record. New Free reports expire after seven days. The proposed Pro plan includes 90-day retention for new reports; paid subscriptions are not available. Each report keeps the expiry date set when it was saved. The software does not promise rankings, traffic, revenue, compliance certification or uninterrupted operation.
