Cancel future renewals
Sign in, open your workspace and choose “Manage subscription”. Paddle hosts the billing portal. Review and confirm the cancellation there. Closing a checkout window or signing out of CSV Review does not cancel an existing subscription.
When access changes
A scheduled cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period. CSV Review uses the status confirmed by Paddle. Once a subscription is canceled, paused, past due or past its confirmed period, Free save limits apply. Existing unexpired reports remain available to their account owner until their original expiry dates. Download work you need to retain.
Refund requests
Contact mysave@qq.com with your account email, Paddle transaction reference and reason for the request. Do not send payment-card details. Requests are reviewed under the applicable purchase terms and statutory rights. This page does not promise automatic approval or a guaranteed processing time. A pending refund is not an approved refund.
Refunds and cancellation are separate
A refund or credit changes a payment record. It does not by itself confirm that future renewals have been canceled. Check both the refund status and the subscription status in your workspace or Paddle portal. CSV Review displays the latest provider-confirmed updates; your receipt and Paddle portal contain the payment details.
Beta and commercial launch
No paid subscription is offered while checkout is disabled. Final operator disclosures and merchant approval are required before commercial launch. Nothing here limits statutory consumer rights.
