Comparison problems
Include your file format, approximate size and row count, selected worksheets, keys, mapping rules and the exact visible error. A small redacted example is usually enough to reproduce a parsing or matching problem.
Privacy
Do not email passwords, payment-card numbers, private API keys or unredacted customer records. The feedback dialog lets you inspect or remove its screenshot before sending. Visible file values can appear in that screenshot.
Subscription questions
Use the subscription section in your workspace for your Paddle billing portal. For a payment question, include your account email and the transaction reference shown on your Paddle receipt. Do not send card details.
